New Amsterdam Pavilion

Project Scope

The Kenneth Clark Company was contracted to provide project and logistical support for the movement of the New Amsterdam Plein & Pavilion a gift from the Government of the Netherlands to the City of New York. The gift is to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the founding of Manhattan by Captain Henry Hudson.

Services Provided

Logistics Support and Consulting
  • Performed a Site Survey at the loading and unloading locations
  • Drafted and implemented a shipping and routing plan
  • Coordinated with both the loading and unloading site to meet rigid delivery requirements.
Trucking Services (Powhatan, VA to Battery Park New York City, NY). Contracted and Scheduled the movement of:
  • 4 - Double Drop Trailers to transport 4 Super Loads
  • Each Shipment: 25' x 16' 2" x 11' - 15,000 lbs

Demil Project

Project Scope

The Kenneth Clark Company was contracted to provide logistical and project management support for the movement of a weapons detonation and cleanup system for the United States Army.

  • Developed an access plan for a Sensitive Range located on the post
Crane and Rigging Services at the Loading and Unloading Location
  • Contracted and Schedule 2 Crane and 6 Riggers

Trucking Services (Aberdeen, MD to Crescent City, IL). Contracted and Scheduled the movement of:
  • 2 - 11 Axel Heavy Haul Trailers to transport Super Loads
  • Each Shipment: 20' x 12' x 12' - 145,000 lbs
  • 4 - Drop Decks loaded with Support Equipment

Operation Brightstar

Project Scope

The Kenneth Clark Company was contracted to provide transportation services for the movement of 62 over dimensional and super load shipments. The contract was issued by the US Army Reserve Logistics Squadron based out of Baltimore, MD to arrange, load, and deliver all 62 truck loads in a window of 5 business days.

Failure to meet the required deadline would have resulted in a mission failure for the US Army and the cancellation of Operation Brightstar.

The Kenneth Clark Company received a certificate of recognition from the US Army Reserve for completing the mission on time and under budget.
